Stayed in this hotel for a little more than 2 weeks so I got the grasp of it. The rooms were really cozy and well heated which is in general an issue to other hospitality facilities. The service was good, anytime someone is able to help you they will do so and the staff is professional and polite. As location, there is nothing more to expect from London other than Grosvenor Square in Mayfair. It has fantastic connections and felt safe walking the streets even late at night. As a recommendation, when checking out, look if there are any service fees added. I get that most of The Biltmore’s guests have the means and want to tip the staff, but not everyone wants or needs to tip as high as 20% of the stay.

recently visited The Biltmore Mayfair for a relaxed afternoon snack and tea with my girls, and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a sense of calm luxury that immediately set the tone for our visit. The hotel has a refined elegance that feels welcoming rather than intimidating, making it an ideal place for both adults and children to enjoy. The atmosphere inside the hotel is beautifully curated. The décor blends classic sophistication with modern comfort, creating a space that feels luxurious yet inviting. Soft lighting, tasteful furnishings, and a peaceful ambiance made it the perfect setting for a quiet afternoon tea. It was especially refreshing to find a high-end hotel environment that felt family-friendly without compromising on quality or service. The service truly stood out during our visit. The staff were attentive, courteous, and genuinely kind. From helping us settle comfortably to ensuring our snacks and tea arrived promptly, everything was handled with care and professionalism. What impressed me most was how well the staff interacted with my girls — patient, respectful, and warm. They made us feel completely at ease, which is not always easy to find in luxury establishments. Our tea and snacks were delightful. Everything was presented beautifully, from the teaware to the food itself. The quality was excellent, with fresh flavors and thoughtful presentation that elevated a simple snack into a memorable experience. It was clear that attention to detail is a priority at The Biltmore Mayfair, even for something as casual as afternoon tea. I was also pleased with how calm and well-behaved the environment felt overall. Despite being a prestigious hotel, there was no sense of rush or pressure. Guests were relaxed, the atmosphere was respectful, and it felt like a space where everyone could truly enjoy their time. My girls were comfortable and happy, which made the experience even more special for me as a parent. Overall, our visit to The Biltmore Mayfair exceeded my expectations. It is a place where elegance meets genuine hospitality, and where even a simple tea outing can feel special. Whether you are visiting with friends, family, or simply looking for a peaceful spot to enjoy quality service and atmosphere, I would highly recommend it. We absolutely loved our time there and will certainly be returning again.

I recently stayed at the Biltmore London, and my experience was outstanding in every aspect. The hotel is incredibly comfortable, with a fantastic location that makes it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and the service was top-notch. However, the only drawback I encountered was the sound insulation from the windows, which could be improved. Despite this minor issue, I can confidently say that the Biltmore is one of the most beautiful hotels in London, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the hotel — everything feels much better organized and more welcoming than before. The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere have really improved. A special thanks to Linzy, who truly made my stay exceptional! She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy. Her support made all the difference — thank you, Linzy! The only downside was the concierge team, who unfortunately were not friendly or helpful at all. I hope this can be improved, as everything else was wonderful.
